F3 Essex is an Essex County, NJ based chapter of F3, with a partner location in Rahway (Union County), NJ.
Tuesday 5:15am West Orange - Wednesday 5:15am Cedar Grove - Thursday 5:15am West Orange - Saturday 7:00am West Orange

F3's mission is to plant, grow, & serve small workout groups for men for the invigoration of male community leadership.
The five core principles are: (1) Workouts are always free. (2) Workouts are open to all men. (3) Workouts are held outdoors, rain or shine, hot or cold.
(4) Workouts are peer-led, with no training or certification necessary. (5) Workouts end with a Circle of Trust.
